What colour roses do you offer?

You can choose from the following rose colours: pink, yellow, white and red. If you require a different colour to that listed then email us and let us know. We will try our best to fulfil your order.

How long will I wait for my order to arrive?

All orders that are placed before 1:00pm GMT Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day and delivered before 1:00pm the next working day. For orders placed after this deadline they will be dispatched first think the next day. All fresh roses are delivered using next day special delivery.

Can I choose a future delivery date?

Yes, you can choose a future delivery date and this is something we recommend. To do this you simply need to add your chosen deliver date to the delivery date box in the checkout. Please note that delivery will be made Monday to Saturday

How many messages can I put on my rose?

You can only put one message per rose and we advise you to make the message less than 26 characters in length including spaces and punctuation. Remember to be creative, witty or thought provoking when creating the message for your rose petal. See opposite for some creative ideas past customers have used in their roses.

Can I send my rose anonymously?

Yes, it is our policy that all orders that we dispatch are sent anonymously, so if you want your recipient to know that the rose with a message the message is from you, make sure you say so on the free handwritten giftcard. Do note, we will only ever divulge details of any order to the sender.

How long does a fresh rose last?

We only use the freshest and highest quality roses at Buyarose.co.uk

A fresh rose reacts to its surrounding environment so by following the care instructions provided this will help your rose to live as long as possible. Excess heat, cold or droughts will all reduce the life of your rose. The average rose lasts between 5-10 days, but can live longer if well cared for.

What is the difference between prices?

Our roses with a message on the petals are priced in two different price ranges. These start with our standard rose package for £14.95. This is presented in our clear rose cone.

The next option is our luxury rose package which is delivered in our luxury silk lined presentation box for £20. All fresh roses are delivered using next day special delivery, which is included in the price.
